    The City of Hancock will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the City Hall, 399 Quincy Street, Hancock, Michigan

    The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on the submission of a grant amendment to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Grant MSC-2015-0657-HO. The City of Hancock intends to change the scope of work for the $188,800 Rental Rehabilitation Grant awarded from the renovating of 4 vacant apartments at 101 Quincy St. to renovating 6 existing apartments at 112 Quincy Street.

    Public input is requested on the change of the scope of work for the existing Rental Rehabilitation Grant, MSC-2015-0657-HO, through the Michigan Economic Development Corporation for the renovation of 6 existing apartments in downtown Hancock in the amount of $188,800; $160,000 project cost, $28,800 administrative fees.
