Construction Update
Payne and Dolan intends on paving Elevation Street from North Lincoln to South Lincoln today, July 2nd.

Wednesday,July 3rd, Payne and Dolan will finish paving the base course on Elevation Street, move to Water Street pave the base course from Michigan to South Elevation, move to East Quincy Street and pave the base course from Reservation Street to Dunstan Street. The only portion of roadway on Payne and Dolans project that will remain gravel is Elevation Street from North Lincoln to Market as they are currently working on the removals.

On Monday, July 8th and Tuesday, July 9th Payne and Dolan will pave the surface course on all roads including: Dunstan, East Quincy, Tezcuco, Elevation (North Lincoln to South Lincoln), and Water Street. The will be setting up the traffic shift on US-41 and pave the base course on Elevation Street from North Lincoln to Market on Tuesday afternoon. All paving by Payne and Dolan will be completed by the end of next week.

Bacco is currently working on Ingot Street. This section of roadway is scheduled for paving on July 10. The contractor will have the street opened to local traffic only over the weekend. The barricades will remain in place. This includes Ingot from Summit to Elevation which is currently open to local traffic and waiting for paving as well as Ingot Street from Elevation Street to the City limit line which is the area where they are currently working.
