Leading off is MTU President Dr. Glenn Mroz (L), amd FU President Dr. Phillip Johnson (right with blue jacket) and his wife. There were a number of colorful floats such as this float representing an Asian Country. The Parade made its way to Houghton and the Dee Stadium on the waterfront for an afternoon of food and activities. This was one delegation from China this year. Grand Marshals for this year were Diane and Nancy Sprague. This dragon moved to the music of the drums as it traveled down the Parade route.
This was another part of the delegation from the Peoples Republic of China. Delta Upsilon Fraternity and its multicultural diversity. A delegation from our sister Country, Canada. The Country of Turkey is well represented.
And Finlandia University carries the American Flag for the U.S. Representation. It was a cool and breezy 48 degrees, but rain free for the Parade.
