Barry Givens, City Manager
The City of Hancock is in mourning today after losing one of its biggest supporters, city manager Barry Givens.

“Barry was absolutely beloved within this city,” said Paul LaBine, City of Hancock Mayor. “I’m grateful for the time he spent here at the city and feel lucky to have had the chance to know him.”

According to Memorial Chapel & Plowe Funeral Service, Givens passed away Monday, March 9, 2020, at Bellin Hospital Green Bay following a lengthy illness.

City officials would like to send their condolences to the Givens family in this time of grieving.
