  The City of Hancock Zoning Board of Appeals has schedule a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via electronic meeting to hear and act on the following request covered under Article XVI � General Exceptions #9.
  
  9. Lots Having Lake Frontage: Those residential lots having lake frontage and abutting a public street maintain the yard on the lake side as an open unobscured yard, excepting that a covered or uncovered boat well or boat house shall be permitted after review and approval of plans by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
