12/13/2022 10am - December 2022 Board of Review

The main function of the July and December Board of Review (BOR) is to assure the correctness of details posted to the assessment roll (MCL 211.29(3)). The July and December Boards of Review meet to correct qualified errors, clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact that have been verified by the assessor. The Boards also have the authority to take action on the disabled veterans exemption.

The July and December Boards of Review may also consider appeals related to the Qualified Agricultural Property Exemption, Veterans Exemption, Poverty Exemption.
