2024-2028 Recreation Plan Draft for Public Comment
NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW, PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD, AND PUBLIC HEARING
The 2024-2028 City of Hancock Recreation Plan draft is available for a 30-day public review and comment period. Following this period, the Hancock City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 pm on January 17, 2024, at the Hancock City Hall, 399 Quincy St., Hancock. The purpose of the hearing is to receive final public comments regarding the Recreation Plan. After the hearing, there will be a regularly scheduled City Council meeting to consider adoption of the Recreation Plan.
Beginning December 6, during business hours and days, a printed copy will be available for review at the Hancock City Hall, 399 Quincy St, Hancock, and at public libraries in Houghton and Hancock. Written comments can be submitted to WUPPDR, 400 Quincy Street 8th Floor, Hancock, MI 49930 or emailed to rpressley@wuppdr.org through January 6, 2024.
