NOTICE TO BIDDERS
60' X 70' City owned parcel, as described as, the N 1/2 of the West 45' of Lot 4 and the N 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 7, Plat of the City of Hancock.
Minimum Bid: $8,400
Construction within 12 months and be completed within 24 months from the date of the award.
A minimum 2,500 sq. ft. building and relocate the existing 12" storm sewer prior to start of construction.
Bids are due Monday, April 14, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.
