Winter Parking Pass

The 2019-2020 winter off-street parking passes will be available to purchase on July 1, 2019. There are lots at the following location.

Tezcuco Street - north of Quincy Street on the east side
Tezcuco Street and East Franklin (behind Northern Mutual)
Dunstan Street Lot
Tezcuco Street -(behind Community Arts Center)



The cost of the parking pass is $120.00 per space.
