NOTICE OF HANCOCK DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
TO HOLD A SEMI-ANNUAL INFORMATIONAL MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Pursuant to P.A. 57, which took effect January 1, 2019, the City of Hancock Downtown Development Authority will hold the second of two Informational Meetings required annually on December 16th at 5:45 p.m.

The Informational Meeting will take place just prior to the Planning Commission Meeting at 5:45 p.m. on December 16, 2019. The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission will commence immediately following the Informational Meeting. The meetings will be held at Hancock City Hall 399 Quincy St. Hancock, Michigan.

The Hancock City Hall is fully handicap accessible. Individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting may contact the City Clerk at (906)482-2720 to request necessary assistance. This request must be made at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting.
