l . Consider approval of the Council Rules of Procedures.

New Business
l . Consider approval of current accounts payable in the amount of $539,786.78.
2. Consider approval of payment application no.1 in the amount of $39,857.23 to Hebert Construction for work completed on FEMA Ditch Repairs (PW 90).
3. Consider approval of payment application no.2 in the amount of $87,793.16 to Portage Lake Construction for work completed on FEMA Road Repairs (PW 139).
4. Consider approval of payment application No. 2 in the amount of $9,747.00 to Erico Electric for work completed on the Water Tank Controls.
5. Consider approval of Membership and Bylaws for the Houghton County Recreation Authority
6. Consider approval of Ashley Freeman as the City Clerk.
7. Consider approval of Linda Kalinec as the City Treasurer.
