Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended, the Hancock City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the City Hall, located at 399 Quincy Street, Hancock, Michigan, for consideration of the establishment of an Industrial Development District on the 40 acre Hancock Business & Technology Park site being the South Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 55, Range 34 West and All of that part of the West Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 55 North, Range 34 West, lying South and West of County Road H-15 and West of the Assessors Plat of Franklin Mine, Franklin Township, Houghton County, Michigan
