It’s MTU Winter Carnival Time again, and PKT Fraternity (Hancock) is at it again.

After taking First Place the past two years in a row, expectations are high again this year. MTU Winter Carnival Theme for this year is �Games We Know Captured in Snow�, and PKT was off and running early.
